About the Teacher

Welcome to 7th and 8th grade language arts and literature! This is my fourth year here at Academy of Our Lady, and I am so excited to be a 7th grade homeroom teacher.

This is my 30th year teaching in the diocese. I began teaching fifth grade at St. Anne School in Fair Lawn and was “promoted” to eighth grade ten years later. I have taught ELAR in grades 6-8 before St. Anne school was closed in May of 2020. 

I attended William Paterson University for my undergraduate education majoring in English Literature with a degree in education (K-8). I am also co-founder of Saint Anne Stages which is a multi-generational theater company in Fair Lawn. I am happy to say that some of my students have joined the Stages experience this season.  I enjoy bringing theater and music into my lessons!
