1) Parent Student Handbook

Signatures are required for Parent/Student Signature Page (p. 33) and Walkers Permission Form (p. 32). 

 

2) Photo Permission Agreement

See DNP below. 

 

3) Textbook Loan Form (K-8)

Each student who is a N.J. Resident in Kindergarten through Gr. 8 must complete form below.

 

4) Acceptable Use Agreement for Technology (K-8)

Each student K-8 must complete form below.

 

5) Bring Your Own Device  (7&8 gr)

For 7th and 8th grade students interested in the program.
