Registration Process for 2022-2023 School Year

Call FACTS customer service with questions 866-441-4637. 

You will select the class you are interested in and you will "set up a payment plan." 

You will not incur charges until a staff member follows up/ confirms your acceptance with the link to the Diocesan Online Application for new students.

Notice for Applicants :

 

Applicants for PreK 2, 3, 4 programs must be the grade-appropriate age on or before October 1, 2022. No exceptions made. School uniforms are optional, not mandatory, for PreK students.

 

Applicants for Kindergarten may be asked to submit an evaluation or kindergarten readiness letter from his/her current Pre-K program.

 

Applicants for Grades 1 – 7 must submit transcripts for review prior to acceptance. Your family may be asked to interview with Mrs. La Salle, School Principal. Applicants for Gr. 8 should call the school office. 

 

All applicants must advise the school of health or allergy concerns and the school nurse will contact you.

Notice for Accepted Students:

 

Upon student acceptance, a staff member will email the family two links so the family can complete our dual registration process:

 

*Diocesan Online Application:  must upload a copy of the birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable),  immunization records and health history. 

 

*FACTS Management Tuition Company: our online tuition payment vendor collects non-refundable fees due at time of registration. Checks and cash are not accepted in the school office. FACTS accounts must be set up with the parent/guardian name at the address where the student resides. (You may designate another person if that person is assisting with tuition payments, e.g. grandparent.)

Notice of Important School Policies:

Reminder: 22/23 Enrollment
In order to reserve a spot on next year's roster, non-refundable fees must be paid by Friday, May 6th. 
If your family is not returning in September, please notify the School Office, confidentially, by Friday, June 3rd, by emailing  [email protected]academyofourlady.org
FACTS will remind families on Tuesday, July 5th that the automatic tuition payments commence on Friday, July 15th. One month's notice of withdrawal is required to avoid forfeiture of tuition. 

 

 

 

 

*All students must be the grade-appropriate age on or before October 1, 2022. A copy of each child's birth certificate is required. 

 

*Schools in the Archdiocese of Newark do NOT accept any letters of religious exemption for immunizations, effective Sept. 1, 2021. Health records/ immunization verification is required by May 1st.  Please email [email protected] with any questions. 

 

*The Morning Care and After Care Program is limited, NOT guaranteed and subject to change. Placement in the program is determined at the end of August. 

Once accepted, your FACTS account is charged whether or not you attend assigned days/times. 

 

*Families must give one month's written notice if the status of registration is changing.  If your family decides not to attend, please notify the School Office, confidentially, by Friday, June 3rd by emailing    [email protected]academyofourlady.org    FACTS will remind families on Tuesday, July 5th that the automatic tuition payments commence on Friday, July 15th. *FACTS, collects the non-refundable fees at time of registration. For the 2022-2023 school year, FACTS schedules 10 automatic tuition payments (July 15, 2022 through April 15, 2023).  In order for the student to attend Academy, non-refundable fees must be paid by May 6th and tuition payments must be current.  The parishioner status of all students will be verified in order to receive the parishioner rate of tuition. 

 

* PreK students who also attend other Glen Rock schools must be escorted to and from Academy by their parent/guardian (not bus). The Academy class times for arrival and dismissal must be adhered to regardless of the other school's schedule.

Transportation Form Due March 5th:

 

An original form must be submitted by all NJ residents (except Glen Rock) entering Kindergarten - Gr. 8 this September. The Academy school office collects, verifies &  mails to your Resident District Board of Education.  Your town informs you in the summer if you are eligible for bus or aid-in-lieu.  The Academy school office can only accept the original form with parent signature. Please send in via backpack, put in white mailbox in front of school or mail to Academy.
