Students entering PreK 2, 3, 4 and Kindergarten: Be sure to include your phone number child's name, date of birth and program you are interested in.
Students entering Gr. 1 - 7: Be sure to include your phone number, child's name, date of birth and attach a copy of the most recent report card for our Principal to review.
Students entering Gr. 8: We are not enrolling new students into Gr. 8 at this time.
All families should advise of health or allergy concerns when applying and the school nurse will contact you.
Upon student acceptance, a staff member will email the family two links so the family can complete our dual registration process:
1) Diocesan Online Application for new students - you will be asked to upload a copy of the birth certificate, baptismal certificate, immunization records and health history.
2) FACTS Management Tuition Company, our tuition payment vendor - see Tuition Rates & Fees attached below
Please Note Important School Policies:
*Students must be the grade-appropriate age on or before October 1, 2020. A copy of each child's birth certificate is required. Please provide copy of child's baptismal certificate (if applicable).
*Per the Archdiocese of Newark, effective September 1, 2021, the religious exemption
for immunizations will no longer be accepted for any student. Health records/ immunization verification is required. A copy of the student's immunization record is due May 1, 2021. Students will not be allowed to start school until the immunization record has been submitted. Please email email@example.com with any questions.
*The Morning Care and After Care Program will have limited spots available and placement is not guaranteed. Registration will be offered to enrolled students prior to the start of school (DATE TBD). Once accepted, your FACTS account is charged whether or not you attend assigned days/times.
*Families should give one month's written notice if the status of registration is changing. This may result in the forfeiture of one month's tuition. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
*Effective September 2021, Kindergarten students will wear the school uniform. Pre-Kindergarten uniforms will remain optional.
*Effective September 2021, PreK students who also attend other Glen Rock schools must be escorted to and from Academy by their parent/guardian (not bus). The Academy class times for arrival and dismissal must be adhered to regardless of the other school's schedule.
