Mrs. Pardo's Kindergarten
where faith, friends and fun meet!
We make a living by what we get,
we make a life by what we give.
-Sir Winston Churchill
I graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been trained in Orton-Gillingham as well as the Superkids Reading Program. I attend various workshops each year for my professional development. I am also certified in CPR (summer 2017).
I began my teaching career at Academy of Our Lady in 1996. I taught 3 years in First Grade as "Miss Dugan". Then in July 1999 I got married and became Mrs. Pardo and taught 3 years in Kindergarten, before leaving to raise my family. I returned to AoOL in 2008 and I am thrilled to be back in Kindergarten!!
My husband and I have two children. My daughter Eleana is a junior at the Bergen County Academies in Hackensack and my son Ryan is in 8th Grade. We have a yellow lab, Cooper.
