The ABC's of Kindergarten......
Alphabet - All 26 letters of the alphabet, including all the short & long vowel sounds, are introduced. We use the Roland Reading Program "Superkids" in Kindergarten. Books are sent home as we complete them.
Birthday Celebrations - Your child may wear their own clothes (except on Mass days) while adhering to the dress code stated in the handbook. You may send in a prepackaged snack that will be sent home with the children. Your child will receive birthday items from me. Summer birthdays are celebrated on your child's half birthday (example - August 10th would celebrate on February 10th). You need to notify me when you'd like to celebrate a half birthday.
Class bear is Winston!
Dress in our school uniform (no Crocs, flip flops, slides or sandals).
Exciting days are ahead!
Friend of the Week Each child will be assigned a special week. Directions will be sent home.
Gym Ms. Buckman is our Gym (& Computer) teacher. Wear gym uniform & proper shoes on gym day!
Health issues -Please inform our nurse Mrs. Lee and me of any allergies or health concerns.
Interesting - Expect your child to arrive home with many interesting stories!!
Jesus is the center of all that we do.

Outdoor Play - The children play outside everyday (weather permitting).
Prayers - We begin each day with special prayers. Prayers are also said before meals.
Questions - Please feel free to ask ANY questions.
Religion is our faith. We respect all people and all forms of life. The children appreciate God's goodness and love for them. They learn to share with those in need through our Service Learning Projects.
Snacks are eaten outside in the morning. Please keep the snacks simple. bottled water or juice with ONE simple snack is great!
Times - Your child should arrive by 8:05am. Thank you for being prompt when dropping off and picking up your child.
Unique - Every child is unique and special to us.
We have Art with Mrs. Glentz.
Very fun things happen with Mrs. Deely in our STREAM class.
