good morning today is Thursday September 29th 2022 In today's reading the prophet Isaiah says that God's word is just like the rain and the snow which helps feed the plants and Waters the Earth it feeds and  nourishes all who listen and help us to bear good fruit for God's glory prophets like Isaiah played an important role because they reminded people of God's will Messengers like the archangels also help us know God's will we celebrate the Feast Day of the archangels Michael Raphael and Gabriel today a reading from the book of the prophet Isaiah as the rain and snow come down from heaven and do not return there until they have watered the earth making it bring forth and Sprout giving seeds to the sower and bread to the eater so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth It shall not return to me empty but it shall accomplish that which I proposed and succeed in the thing for which I sent it for you should go out and enjoy and be led back in peace the mountains and the hills before you shall burst into Song and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands the word of the Lord thanks be to God how did God's words encourage you?  Isaiah paints a very beautiful picture of this idea of us bearing fruit for God What does that really mean?  we don't grow apples and bananas and things like that on us so what does it mean to you to bear fruit for God think about that in your classes today too please remember to say our morning prayer Pledge of Allegiance and the school pledge with your class before you start your day have a wonderful day and I will see you in the hallways
