About the Teacher
My name is Ann Marie Muttel and I would like to welcome you to my Pre-K 4 class!
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and English-Cum laude from Caldwell College. I am certified in Elementary Education. I have been teaching since 1992 and have taught grades 1, 2, 5, Pre-K 3, and Pre-K 4 in the Catholic Schools of Passaic, NJ. In 2014, I began teaching a 4 year old class here at Academy of Our Lady. In the past, I have worked with both the 2s & 3s in the afternoons. I am also one of the coaches of our school's wonderful Track program. I am grateful to be a part of such a welcoming school community here at AoOL!
This year I am celebrating 30 years of marriage to my husband, Scott. We have 3 children together. My youngest, Megan, graduated from the 8th grade, here at the Academy in June of 2021.
Being four is an exciting time of life! It will never cease to amaze me how much a child of this age learns in Pre-K 4. My main goal is to foster a love of school in your child. Learning is fun here in PreK!
