About the Teacher

Problem has Solution

It is a pleasure to be part of the faculty at AoOL! I will be a 7th grade homeroom teacher and will be teaching 7th and 8th grade Mathematics and 7th grade Reading and Literature. I am a parishioner of St. Catharine Church and an alumni of the school. I have been a substitute teacher at the Academy of Our Lady since 2012.
After a very successful 20-year career with the New Jersey State Police, I decided to enter the world of education. In 1999, I graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor's degree in Education/History. I am a certified teacher, N-8, who has taught in Catholic School, Public School and at the American Overseas School of Rome, in Rome, Italy. I am Middle School certified in Social Studies as well as Highly Qualified to teach Mathematics, Reading and Science.
I truly value the importance of a Catholic education and look forward to a year of learning with my students!
